• Kindly note that all cell service providers offer stable signal strength throughout the Resort. Wi-fi facilities are not available. 
• Please take note, for the safety of our guests and wildlife, that the speed limit on the Resort premises is 20km/h.
• Guests are reminded that a refundable breakage deposit is payable on check-in; cash repayments will be issued on the day of check-out while credit card repayments will take up to 14 working days to be reinstated.
• Chalets are serviced by the Housekeeping Team daily, with the exception of Sundays and Public Holidays. Housekeeping on Sundays can be arranged at an additional fee; kindly notify Reception 24 hours in advance. 
• In the interest of safety, security and ensuring that only confirmed guests are allowed access to the Resort, you will be required to produce a Reservation Confirmation when checking-in to the Resort.

• Please take note that in the event of load shedding, the generator will be operating during the following scheduled hours: 

Morning: 06:00 – 08:00 | Afternoon: 12:00 – 14:00 | Evening: 19:00 – 21:00

The Restaurant and Shop will remain fully operational at all times throughout trading hours.
